Time

• 1). Hold down the "SET" button to access the "City Code" option.
  
  
• 2). Tap the "START/STOP" button to toggle through cities until you locate the city that corresponds with your local time zone.
  
  
• 3). Press the "MODE" button followed by the "START/STOP" button to automatically have Daylight Savings Times accounted for.
  
  
• 4). Press the "SET" button to save and exit. Radio broadcast frequencies will automatically set the time and date based on these choices.
  
  

Alarm

• 1). Tap the "MODE" button repeatedly until the word "ALARM" appears to access the Alarm setting panel.
  
  
• 2). Set what time the alarm is to go off. Press "MODE"> "START/STOP" to set the minutes, then "MODE"> "START/STOP" to set the hour.
  
  
• 3). Press "SET" to activate the alarm and "START/STOP" to turn it off.
  
  

Stopwatch

• 1). Tap the "MODE" button repeatedly until the word "CHRONO" appears to access the stopwatch setting panel.
  
  
• 2). Press "START/STOP" to begin or resume counting.
  
  
• 3). Press "START/STOP" to pause or stop counting.
  
  
• 4). Press "SET" to restart or clear the current counting session.
