- 1). Brush your eyebrows. The best way to do so in order to make your eyes look younger is to draw the eyebrow brush up and outward. This opens the space around your eyes and creates a younger looking appearance instantly. Trim any eyebrow hairs that extend past the natural arch of your eyebrow.
- 2). Use a medium- to dark-shaded eyeliner (liquid is best) and draw a line across the top of your lashes. Make sure no skin is showing between the roots of your lashes and the line itself. Eyeliner makes your eyes look brighter and wider.
- 3). Apply a concealer to diminish any fine lines, especially the crow's-feet area and underneath your eyes, an area that tends to be dark. Blend the concealer with a makeup sponge or your pinky finger. Be careful not to apply too much, because the concealer will cake and cling into the crevices, making them appear deeper.
- 4). Line the corners of your eye with a white pencil. This will also create a wider and more bright-looking eye. You'll look awake, refreshed and younger.
- 5). Apply one to two coats of mascara to both the top and bottom parts of your eyelashes. Mascara brings attention to your eyes and makes them appear wider, as well. After the mascara has dried, use an eyelash curler to curl your top lashes upward.
