Split system training is a workout system that involves only a small subset of your muscles during each workout and not work all of the muscles during a single workout.
Typically a lifter will work two or three major body parts during a single workout session.
The human body is made up of over six hundred individual muscles.
The muscles can be grouped into eight main muscle groups.
The simple split system training involves working one muscle group from the lower body and one from the upper body.
The major muscle groups are: back, shoulders, chest, forearms, arms, thighs, waist and calves.

You should give your body 8 hours of rest every night.
You should also make sure that you don't over exhaust your self with other physical activities and sports.
