There are some tips you can try for getting thicker tresses.

The most obvious way to thicken your hair is to add hair extensions.
You can layer each extension on top of the other in order to give the illusion of thickness.

Treat your tresses like silk.
Your hair will fall out naturally anyway, but if you are too rough on it you will find you are going to lose more locks than you really need to.
