Throughout the year, car enthusiasts enjoy attending various car shows and interacting with others who share their passion. Shows exist to showcase new cars, antiques, classics, individual makes and cars that have been custom modified. Pennsylvania plays host to numerous car shows throughout the year, giving car enthusiasts the opportunity to see their favorites. - The World of Wheels Auto Show is a national show sponsored by AutoRama that travels to numerous locations throughout the year. Car enthusiasts are encouraged to enter their own custom cars in the show. Entrants have the opportunity to win a monetary prize. The focus is on automobiles that have been customized and cars that are considered antique or classic, although interesting newer-model cars are also accepted. As of 2010, the entry fee to be judged is $50 and entries must be received 20 days prior to the date of the show. The 2011 World of Wheels Show will be held in Pennsylvania January 21-23.

autorama.com - Organized by Full House Motorsports, the Northeast Rod and Custom Car Show is an annual show designed for car and motorcycle owners to show off their rides. The show features custom cars, muscle cars, street rods, trucks, import tuners, show cars and custom motorcycles. Applications to have a car featured are approved on an ongoing basis and are accepted until the maximum car count is reached. Winners in each category receive monetary prizes and additional awards. Entry fees are available upon request. The 2011 Northeast Rod and Custom Car Show will be held March 25-27 at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at Oaks.

northeastcustomcarshow.com - The Cruisin' to Grant Wishes car show is sponsored by Boyds Bear Country, and Truck Convoy For Wishes, and is being held as a fundraiser for the Make A Wish foundation. Anyone with an automobile they are interested in entering into competition may do so for an entry fee of $10 as of 2010. The show has no limitations or requirements for types of vehicles that may be entered into the show. Three People's Choice awards are given out, with winners receiving awards and prizes. Refreshments are available for purchase; raffle and door prizes are handed out throughout the event. Proceeds from the sale of refreshments and raffles, as well as entry fees, will be donated to the Make A Wish Foundation. The 2010 Cruisin' to Grant Wishes Show will be held October 23.
