- 1). Open the "flashdump.bin" file.
- 2). Copy and paste the DVD-KEY and OSIG DVD drive type of your particular device into the flashdump.bin file.
- 3). Save the revised file on your desktop as "edit01.bin." Open the file and check off "Patch Keyvault."
- 4). Save the edit01.bin file in the root of your flash drive.
- 5). Transfer the flash drive with the file to your console. Reboot the console if the hard drive doesn't automatically locate the edit01.bin file.
- 6). Select "Sync JTAG" when prompted.
- 7). Run a "power cycle" through the system to activate the changes. A power cycle involves turning off the console completely, unplugging it from the wall outlet, waiting 10 seconds and turning it on again.
