- 1). Tap the "Settings" icon on your iPhone.
- 2). Tap the "Mail" icon.
- 3). Select "Add Account."
- 4). Tap "Other."
- 5). Tap "IMAP."
- 6). Enter your name, email address and a description of the email address in the corresponding fields.
- 7). Scroll to the "Incoming Mail Server" section and type "imap.hostedemail.com" into the "Hosted Name" field.
- 8). Enter your email address into the "User Name" field and your password in the "Password" field.
- 9). Scroll to the "Outgoing Mail Server" section. Type "mail.hostedemail.com" in the "Host Name" field.

Press the circular button at the bottom of your iPhone. This will return you to your home screen. - 12

Tap "Mail." - 14
Select the email account you just created. - 15
Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap "Advanced." - 16
Tap "Off" next to the "Use SSL" option in both the "Incoming Settings" and "Outgoing Settings" fields. You now have set up your school email on an iPhone.
