Hayden Panettiere is no stranger to the camera. With an acting career beginning at the wee age of 11 months, her bright round face was seen on popular television shows such as "Malcolm in the Middle," "Remember the Titans" and even staring in her first big screen movie, "I Love You, Beth Cooper" in 2010. Her breakthrough in the Hollywood scene was a powerful one as her portrayal as fictional character, Claire Bennet -- a cheerleader-turned-superhero on the hit NBC science fiction drama, "Heroes." However, the avid dolphin activist has since hung up her cheerleading uniform for an even more dramatic role on the new ABC drama, "Nashville," where she plays a beautiful and talented teen country starlet vying to take over the position as top country music star.

Red Carpet Style:

Like most celebrities starting out, Hayden’s early red carpet looks involved the actress trying to find her own unique style. Cocktail dresses of every color and LBDs were safe fashion choices for her when attending benefit parties, television network events and movie premieres. However, much like her growing fame on "Heroes," her style evolved from cute girl-next-door from New York to stunning young lady in Hollywood (cue the Mary Tyler Moore T.V. theme song). From wearing a sultry chocolate brown Amanda Wakeley gown at the 2010 Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar party to her many sexy Emilio Pucci evening dresses, she became a style fixture to watch out for in Young Hollywood. She also doesn’t shy away from having a little fun with her style, wearing playful prints, lace or sequins, which not only looks great on her but reflects her bubbly and upbeat personality.

Street Style:

When off duty, Hayden likes to keep it casual, especially if there’s a good pair of boots involved in the equation. Her everyday wear consists of a leather jacket or blazer, a cute flirty top and jeans. Although petite in stance, Hayden has been known for her love affair with flare jeans, which usually stop right at the bottom of her shoes. Her signature accessory (which poses possible competition for reigning sunglass wearers and designers Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen) is her aviator or wayfarer sunglasses she often wears out to lunch or shopping. Not one to hide from the leering paparazzo’s photo lens, the young celeb has also garnered a reputation for having a Victoria’s Secret worthy bikini body and Hayden has no qualms in appropriately flaunting her toned body in cute and brightly colored bikinis or short shorts whenever frolicking on a beach or on vacation.

Hair and makeup:

If you blended the two words hair and chameleon together (I’m sure Oxford dictionary wouldn’t allow it, though), you would get the description of Hayden’s many hair looks. Over the years the beauty has successfully experimented with different cuts, colors and lengths, including rocking long platinum blonde locks to a super short two-tone layered cut that would put Miley Cyrus’ current hairdo to shame. In 2010, she dyed her hair a dark auburn color and wore it that way for about a split second before deciding to return to her blonde roots. Much like her hair, Hayden likes to change up her makeup, but doesn’t do anything too extreme. Regularly sporting a beach tan glow, even in the winter, her three beauty go-tos on and off the red carpet are pink or red lipstick, false eyelashes and the occasional smoky eye every now and then. The best beauty look on Hayden though is her ability to go au naturel at special events, usually only wearing mascara, shiny lip gloss and her best asset –- her big, bright smile.

Notable Fashion Moment:

The stunning asymmetrical Marchesa evening dress that Hayden wore to 2012 Emmy Awards pushed her to the front of line of Hollywood’s best dressed. With reigning red carpet veterans like Julianne Moore and Sofia Vergara giving it their all, the starlet stood out in the dress, which was beautifully wrapped dress blue and gold tulle and her gold clutch and ring were simple, yet was enough to finish off her glamorous look. Another red carpet look worth mentioning was her Giorgio Armani beaded lace dress she wore at the 2012 ESPY Awards. Sure, it was partially see-thru and clingy, but the soft mint color and sweetheart neckline top made her shine like the star she is.
