Which Is the Number One Ab Workout to Lose Belly Fat?

103 11
So which is the best abdominal exercise to lose belly fat? That is the query most often asked by men and women looking to get a six-pack.
Believe it or not, NONE! is the correct answer, which no doubt will probably surprise you.
The truth is you just cannot get enough metabolic reaction in the body to lose fat by focusing solely on exercising the abs alone.
Here is the sad truth.
There is no such thing as an astonishing ab workout that will shed spare fat from the stomach.
Yet the majority of people believe there is.
The thing is...
they are not going in the right direction about solving the problem! As hard as it may be to believe you will not lose stomach fat from just doing abdominal exercises.
You see spending all your time and endeavour working the abs to smooth the stomach is a thorough waste of time.
So if I had to give an answer to which are the correct workouts for shedding stomach fat, I would say "total body exercises like the ones below.
" Clean and presses, swings, mountain climbers, presses and pulls, sprinting etc.
Instead of abs exercises which directly target the midriff, I would design an exercise routine which would have a much larger proportion of these types of full body exercises, The way you combine these full body exercises into a strategic workout that maximizes your metabolism is also very important.
Please don't misunderstand me...
Although I certainly do recommend spending the most time on the exercises that produce the most metabolic and hormonal changes.
Never the less it's a good idea to spend at least some time on those exercises that do specifically mould the abs.
added to that, the primary advantage of working out with mainly full body exercises is that as a result you automatically work the abs as well, even though that may not be intended.
So to get that six-pack you have to lose the belly fat, and the most important ingredient for doing that is correct nutrition.
No matter how hard you workout, if your diet is full of junk, then your abs will be covered with ugly fat.
I can say without a shadow of doubt the "number one tool for getting a six-pack is nutrition.
