Tap to launch the "Settings" app and select "General."

Tap "Accessibility."

Tap the "ON/OFF" toggle next to LED Flash for Alerts in the Hearing section so that it displays ON.

Press the "Home" button to return to your iPhone's home screen. Your iPhone screen will now flash when you receive text messages.
