- 1). Launch the iTunes application on your Mac or PC computer.
- 2). Connect your iPhone to your computer using the iPhone USB transfer cable.
- 3). Select the name of your iPhone from the "Devices" list on the left side of the main iTunes window.
- 4). Go to the "Info" tab at the top of the iPhone syncing screen.
- 5). Check the box next to "Sync Address Book Contacts" if you are on a Mac. Check the box next to "Sync Contacts" on a PC and then select "Outlook" from the drop-down menu.
- 6). Click on the "Apply" button in the lower-right corner of the window to save the settings and begin the syncing process. As the iPhone syncs with your computer, the contact data will be uploaded to the iPhone's memory and will then appear in the Address Book application on the device.
