Dry skin facial scrubs must be gentler to the skin than one created for oily skin. Dry skin scrubs use ingredients such as lemon peel powder and orange peel powder to exfoliate the skin instead of rough ingredients such as ground almonds or beans. Mix together 1 tsp. of orange peel powder to 1 tsp. of lemon peel powder and 2 tbsp. of plain yogurt for a gentle facial scrub.
