Burnt Baked Potatoes
I accidently made these before while attempting to make regular baked potatoes on the campfire. I left them on the fire too long, and they were so burnt the potatoes were black.

I was going to throw them away, but my girlfriend broke one open and the potatoes were really soft and almost the consistency of mashed potatoes.
