Abs Exercise - Guide to Perfect Six Pack Workout
The most common question a fitness trainer faces today is how to get that perfect body? And the answer is, regular workout with proper diet is the secret of getting perfect six pack abs.
Trainers recommend to adopt a healthy life style which includes proper diet, fitness level and right attitude.
Your daily diet is perhaps the second most important thing (I will explain the 'first' one later).
To build a strong physique you need to have a proper and healthy diet.
You need protein to build muscle so consume high protein foods like soy, meat(preferably lamb or chicken) and especially eggs.
Consume low carb food as they provide energy to burn fat, lots of veggies to give you vital vitamins and minerals.
Also include whole grains, beans and legumes as they contain all the essential B-group vitamins, proteins and fiber, low fat dairy for calcium and vitamins and good fats for your essential fatty acids.
Each meal should contain 20%-33% protein and a range of green vegetables should take up half your dinner plate.
Regular snacks will prevent you feeling hungry.

Start your training sessions with light cardio exercises.
Start slowly, if you are new to exercising, then build up intensity gradually.
A good warm up and down, with stretches and flexibility helps you avoid muscle sprain.
Few push ups will help you to warm up.
Now the most important thing is to follow your warm up sessions with abs-specific exercise and core strength exercises.
Lower abdominal workouts include leg raising exercise, upper abs need trunk raising moves, trunk twisting will strengthen the oblique abdominal.
You will need to increase the intensity of your abs workouts by adding weights or other resistance.
But that alone is not enough to get six pack abs.
