Just Starting Your Quest On Getting Ripped?
Congratulations your actually starting!!!It actually does not matter what kind of shape your in you need to do several things that will ensure that this time you stick with it.
So many people just go for broke without a strategy.
Its great to feel motivated and just go for it but with a little forethought you are not just running on a feeling that, TRUST ME, will not last.
So your pumped up, eager, and ready to go what now...
again if you are new or coming back to the game this may seem a little counter productive but...
take it easy and have some fun.
Just make sure that you never have to start over again remember every time your start there is a solid chance that you will not continue.
So how do you ensure your success?Follow this simple schedule regiment.
Monday-Friday on, Saturday-Sunday off.
I know many of you veterans and past veterans might of been on a 5, 7, or like me a 10 day rotation.
But again taking a weekday approach you are sacrificing a little bit of physical benefit and gaining a huge mental edge.
1st take the weekend and just relax.
Your muscles need rest and yes it might be better to take a one day rest after "X" amount of days but that is for the more experienced.
And the main difference between the novice from the experienced is one thing, the experienced enjoy exercise.
So relax for the weekend take it off and don't just forget about the week of exercise that is under your belt but be proud of it.
You are doing more than most.
2nd There is an old saying, "If you want something done, then do it when you're busy".
You have a lot on your plate during the week.
If you have the ability to take some time out of your busy schedule and do it that means you can and will do it in any situation.
Also if you are just a bit organized you will in fact have a daily schedule or at least an idea of one.
So schedule time for yourself and fulfill your commitment and you have just given yourself the body of your dreams.
If you schedule a time of your regiment when you have nothing but free time then chances are you will procrastinate until it is too late.
And finally, a Monday-Friday routine will give you enough time to break off into daily focus areas.
For example, day one pectorals, day two biceps, day three lower back, etc.
Focus on areas that need the most improvement then move on to less troubled areas.
Again start slow, don't over do it and you never have to start over again.
With a little strategy you can have the body of your dreams in no time.
