How to Put Movies on Your iPod Using Floola
- 1). Download Floola from the official website and extract it to the folder of your choice. Although these instructions refer specifically to the Windows version of Floola, Mac and Linux versions are also available.
- 2). Connect the iPod to your computer. If iTunes is installed, it may launch automatically; close iTunes before continuing.
- 3). Launch "Floola.exe" from the folder that you extracted the Floola archive to. A window opens asking what type of iPod is connected. Use the drop-down menu at the bottom of the window to select the type of iPod, e.g. "iPod Video 5G, 5.5G." If you do not know the type of iPod, Floola offers a suggestion. Click the "Save" button after making your selection, then click "Yes." Floola downloads a list of media from your iPod. Be patient, as this may take several moments.
- 4). Click the "Item" menu at the top of the screen, then click "Add." Alternatively, press the "Ctrl," "Shift" and "A" keys simultaneously. A new window opens with the words "Add to iPod" and a green arrow in the middle.
- 5). Drag the video or music files that you want to add to the window with the green icon.
- 6). Click the "Add" button to move the selected content to the iPod.
