To gain weight you must know exactly what to do, make yourself a plan and stick to it.
I did it and I will help you about it.
Let's start.
First you have to make pretty clear what is the amount of calories you are consuming now.
Sit down, take a piece of paper or excel spreadsheet and write down your usual breakfast, lunch and diner plus meals between if you have them.
Then check my Table of food calories and write down calorie calculations to discover your daily input.
Take it on average, you'll see that your days are pretty much the same, you probably have variation of 200 - 400 calories day to day.
Congratulations, this was your first step in changing you life and finally gaining some weight.
