- 1). Connect the coaxial cable running from the satellite dish into the "In" port on the free-to-air satellite receiver.
- 2). Insert the component cables into the "Component Out" ports on the rear of the FTA receiver. Plug the opposite end of the cables into the "Component In" connection ports on the television.
- 3). Attach the RCA audio cables into the "Audio Out" ports on the FTA receiver, then insert the other end of the cables into the "Audio In" ports on the television.
- 4). Power on the FTA receiver and the television. Push "Input" on the TV's remote control, then select "Component" an the FTA programming appears on the television.
