- 1). Go to the main phone menu.
- 2). Choose "Reset Settings" from the menu.
- 3). Select one of these four options: Reset the phone settings, reset the sound settings, reset the display settings or reset all settings. Use the arrows to highlight your choice and press the "OK" button in the center of the navigation tools to select it.
- 4). Press the soft key marked on the screen for "Reset." (The soft keys are the two uppermost keys on the round navigation tool on your phone.)
- 5). Enter your phone's password. The factory-set password is eight zeroes ("00000000").
- 6). Wait for your phone to reset and display a confirmation message.
