- 1). Place a wire headband onto a flat surface.
- 2). Cut eight pieces of floral wire to measure 4 inches long.
- 3). Twist the end of each wire to the top of the headband. Space out the wires so that they are at least 1/2 inch apart.
- 4). Thread plastic jewel beads onto each wire until they are full of beads. Twist the tops of the wires over to secure the beads.
- 5). Cut a length of floral wire that measures 12 inches.
- 6). Thread plastic jewel beads onto the wire until it is full.
- 7). Wrap the wire horizontally around the front of the crown, twisting the wire around each vertical wire as you wrap.
- 8). Twist the ends of the horizontal wire to the first and last vertical wire, and cut off the excess.
