104 8
    • 1). Connect the iPhone to the computer; iTunes launches automatically. Double-click the iPhone name along the left side of iTunes interface and click the "Photos" tab.

    • 2). Tick the box next to "Sync Photos From:" and select a location on your computer from which to sync photos, if you have not already done so. Choose a folder on your computer or a photo management program such as iPhoto or Picasa.

    • 3). Navigate to the folder from which you sync photos to your iPhone -- or, if you've elected to do so from a software program, launch it. Right-click within the folder and click "Folder" from the "Create New" sub-menu. If you opened a program, follow program instructions to create a new folder within it. Give your folder a name and transfer any photos you want to store into it.

    • 4). Maximize iTunes and click the "Summary" tab. Click the "Sync" button to sync your iPhone with your computer and wait until iTunes informs you the sync has completed. Disconnect your iPhone.

    • 5). Tap the iPhone's "Photos" icon to open Camera Roll. All the sub-folders you created on your computer now appear as separate albums within your iPhone.
