How do I Get Rid of the Missed Call Symbol on the Screen of a Blackberry Pearl?
- 1). Press the green "Send" button on the BlackBerry Pearl phone to open the phone's recent call log.
- 2). Highlight the missed call with the phone's trackball and press the trackball to view the missed call details. Once you view the missed call details, the missed call symbol should disappear from the phone's home screen. If the missed call symbol does not disappear, continue on to Step 3.
- 3). Flip the phone over, slide the battery compartment cover release latch upwards and remove the battery compartment cover. Remove the battery from the battery compartment, wait five seconds and re-insert the battery to reset the phone.
- 4). Replace the battery compartment cover and wait for the device to reset. Once the device resets, the missed call symbol should be cleared from the home screen.
