- 1). Download the Southwest application onto your iPhone. The Southwest application is free to download, and can be found in the iTunes app store.
- 2). Launch the application on your iPhone by tapping the Southwest icon on your phone's home screen.
- 3). Click the box marked "Rapid Rewards" and enter your frequent flyer number to get information about your Southwest account. If you are a rewards member, you can still access your flight information by tapping the box marked "Flight Status" or "Flight Check In" and providing your name and destination.
