- 1). Tap the screen of your TomTom device.
- 2). Tap the Bluetooth icon in the screen that appears.
- 3). Tap "On" to activate Bluetooth on the GPS device.
- 4). Access your phone's Bluetooth settings using its menu, and click the option to search (or look) for devices.
- 5). Click the icon for the TomTom in the menu that appears on your phone.
- 6). Enter a four-digit passkey of your choice on your phone, then enter the same passkey on the TomTom when prompted to do so.
