- 1). Turn on your vehicle's ignition.
- 2). Slide the three-way switch on the top of the iPod shuffle to the left "On" position to turn it on.
- 3). Plug the 3.5 mm plug on one end of the cable into the headphone port on the top of your iPod shuffle
- 4). Plug the 3.5 mm plug on the other end of the cable into the AUX port on your vehicle's dashboard.
