- 1). Search through the first bridal magazine and tear out pages that have wedding favors on them or wedding favor manufacturers listed. Separate into piles, one of wedding favors you like and one of wedding favor manufacturers. Repeat with all your bridal magazines.
- 2). Organize the torn-out pages by size and type of wedding favors. That is, organize glasses, candles, boxes, and then break those down into size of wedding favor, small, medium or large.
- 3). Place all pages of wedding favors and manufacturers in separate sheet folders.
- 4). Decide if you want to engrave and personalize the wedding favors and how expensive it will be to do so. Write the price down on the page of the wedding favors you want to engrave or personalize and what you want the engraving to say.
- 5). Insert tabs into the binder to separate each category and subcategory of wedding favors. Make a cover page for each tab that describes what wedding favors are included in the tab so that the binder is easily searchable. Then make an index to include at the beginning of the binder, listing each tab and what wedding favors are included in that section. Now make a cover page for the wedding favor catalog and insert in the front cover of the binder.
- 6). Rank your top 10 favorite wedding favors and put those first in each category or subcategory in the binder. Next rank your top five out of that group and move those to the front. Next choose your top two and move those pages to the front.
- 7). Look up the wedding manufacturers from the torn-magazine pages and see if they have websites to go to. If so, search the Internet for their websites and peruse their wedding favors and print out any that you like and insert the pages into transparent sheet folders. Then include in the wedding binder under the appropriate tab.
