- 1). Connect your BlackBerry phone to your PC, using the BlackBerry USB Cable.
- 2). Open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager on your PC and click on "Email Settings".
- 3). Click "Advanced" in the window that appears.
- 4). Click on "Select Generate keys manually", and then click the "Generate" button.
- 5). Move the mouse around the screen that appears until the screen automatically disappears. The mouse movements generate a new PIN.
- 6). Click "Apply" to apply the new encryption code.
