Each bracelet can be personalized to fit each teens girls interests using clay and glass beads, sequins and metal studs. Projects Using Duct Tape

• Many different things can be made from duct tape and teen girls will love this project. Try starting with small projects like making necklaces, bracelets and anklets from duct tape. As your teen girls get used to working with the materials they can make beach bags, purses, wallets and even dresses. Duct tape comes in a variety of different colors and prints, such as tie-dye, cheetah and zebra, polka dots and plaid.
  
  

Candles

• Candles are a fun and quick project to do from home. You will need to boil wax in a double boiler and dip the wick in and out of the melted wax. For beginning candle makers use small votive to pour the wax into and set the wick inside. You can also use sheets of beeswax. Beeswax sheets can be rolled around the wick and pressed together, ready for use in less than 10 minutes.
  
  

Tie-Dye

• Several different items can be used for tie-dying. Use pillow cases, T-shirts, bandannas and bed sheets. Let your teens choose what they want to dye. For example, if you wanted to tie-dye and t-shirt you will need to first twist and secure the shirt in different places with rubber bands. Boil water in a pot on the stove and add the dye. Keeping the mixture on high heat, submerse the entire shirt in the dye or dip in several different dyes. After dying rinse with cold water to remove excess dye and throw in the dryer. Remove the rubber bands when the shirt is completely dry.
