- 1). Plug the laptop portable connector cable into the "Antenna" port on the side of the handheld device.
- 2). Press the "Power" button on the handheld device to turn it on.
- 3). Use the "Up/Down" arrow buttons to scroll through the main menu to the "Antenna Source" option, then press the "Enter" (or equivalent) button to select it.
- 4). Use the "Up/Down" arrow buttons to scroll the option menu to the "External" option, then press "Enter" to select it.
