- 1). Go to the PlayStation Network Product Registration web page.
- 2). Find the system's bar code number, which is located on the back of the PS3.
- 3). Locate the receipt to find the date of purchase, if you can not remember the date you purchased the PS3.
- 4). Type the date and bar code number next to the image of the PS3, which is the first image under Hardware. Press continue at the bottom right hand of the screen.
- 5). Fill in any additional information required.
