- 1). Press the "Menu" button on your cable box's remote to access your cable box menu.
- 2). Select the "Alarm/Sleep Timer" option in your cable box's main menu.
- 3). Select the Alarm option in the next menu, then use the numbered keys on your remote to enter the time you cable box alarm will activate. If the cable box is off at that time, it will automatically activate.
