Refrigerator Magnet

• Use plastic bottle caps to create magnets. Decorate your caps with paint and place several caps together to make a display. Place a piece of felt behind your design and trace around your image. Cut out the felt and hot-glue the bottle caps to it before attaching a magnet to the back of the felt and hanging your creation on the refrigerator.
  
  

Bottle Cap Snake

• Convert a collection of metal bottle caps into a snake. Use a nail and hammer to make a hole in the center of each of your caps. String a piece of yarn through a needle, tying a knot in its end before threading the caps onto the yarn. Use a cork with a hole hammered through its middle as the snake's head or decorate the last bottle cap. Tie off the yarn, leaving several inches attached to make the snake's tongue.
  
  

Bottle Cap Locket

• Create a special locket for a friend or family member with two bottle caps. Decorate the outside of two bottle caps as the outside of your locket. Glue a picture or saying to the inside of each cap. Spray a clear coat of paint over your caps to protect them. Tie a loose knot into the middle of a short piece of ribbon before gluing one end to each cap; they should open like a clamshell. Thread the middle of your knot through the string you have selected for your necklace before adding beads on either side.
