    • The 1987 model of the Honda Helix, also known as the CN 250, is a classic 250cc scooter, ideal for negotiating within the city boundaries. First released in 1986, it was known as the Helix in the United States, and the Fusion or Spazio in other parts of the world. The Honda Helix enjoyed such success, given its impressive performance and affordable pricing, that it remains as popular as ever and is still in production today.

    • The 1987 model of the Honda Helix has a 244 cc (14.9 cubic inches) liquid-cooled SOHC single cylinder engine, with V-Matic continuously variable transmission. It is equipped with the same MF02E-5100001 engine as the first Honda Helix model released in 1986, which generates a maximum power of 19 horsepower at 7,500 rpm, and has a maximum torque of15.5 feet-pounds at 5,000 rpm. It is able to achieve a maximum speed of 72 mph. It has a carburetor idle speed of 1,500 rpm +/- 100 rpm.

    • The Honda Helix has a fuel capacity of 3.2 gallons, and a dry weight of approximately 341 to 346 pounds. It has a seat height of 26.2 inches, and a wheelbase of 63.8 inches.

    Colors

    • The 1987 model of the Honda Helix was available in two colors: Achilles black Metallic with no floorboard stripe; and candy glory red with no floorboard stripe.
